But China is next year!

Rolled my right ankle this morning, a pretty severe wrench. That means my left ankle, which I rolled ten days ago and is still painful when I walk but has regained full mobility, is now promoted to "good ankle."

This can't be right.

It's setbacks like this that will just make it all the more poignant when you take to the podium next year.

I'll have to train twice as hard! These lost weeks will make everything so uncertain when I attempt my final lift!

sounds like you need to inform the ankles to get with the program... that and get them some support of the footwear type, and some arnica montana rub...

Is there anything taken as much for granted as healthy ankles or a healthy mouth? Rolled ankles and cankersores - you NEVER appreciate it when they aren't there, and you can't think of anything else when they are.

The real mystery is stomache muscles.

When you've done something strange and hurt your stomache muscles, you find that you use them to do EVERYTHING, from getting in and out of a car to holding a shopping bag without falling over to one side.

And then, you realize that even when injured, your tummy is still about 3 times as strong as the next couch potato, so how does he even move?
